Question : What size shall I supply my images at?

Answer : Generally speaking the larger the better - for jpeg images anything over 1mb should be ok. If you are not sure if your image is large enough - send it to us and we will advise you whether it is possible or not.

Question : What materials do you use?

Answer : We use the best Ultrachrome inks that will not fade, and which have been scientifically tested to be stable for over a hundred years plus. The canvas we use is brilliant white acid free rag - which will not yellow like some other canvases on the market.

Question : How long will It take for me to recieve my prints?

Answer : We Aim to get your print to you within 5 working days, If you need your prints sooner - contact our sales team and we will see what we can do for you - there is a £10.00 fee added for priority orders.

Question : Do my prints have protective varnish?

Answer : Yes - We give all our prints two coats of giclee varnish which adds further protection to your image from scuffs and scratches.

Question : How do I clean my canvas print?

Answer : You can clean your artwork by using a soft damp cloth and mild soapy water applying light pressure to the surface.

Question : Can I pay by cheque or postal order?

Answer : Yes you can - we will send your order as soon as cheque has cleared.

Question : Is there a discount for large orders?

Answer : Yes - please contact our sales team and we will work out a good price for you.
